Overview
At Sawan, we value transparency. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:
- The product/service delivered is materially different from what was described
- The product/service is defective or inaccessible due to a technical error on our end
- Applicable Indian consumer protection laws require otherwise
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered via WhatsApp. Access duration: One-time Download. Once delivered, the sale is considered complete.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before delivery/dispatch only
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately at harishree943@gmail.com
- Cancellation after delivery is not permitted
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (service outage, wrong product, etc.), please contact our support team. Each case will be reviewed individually.
